I am SO excited to share with you what a wonderful opportunity the Lord has blessed me with! I have officially partnered with my favorite non-profit organization, Mercy Ministries of America. 

Since 1983, Mercy Ministries of America has provided hope and healing to generations of desperate young women who are seeking freedom from life-controlling problems such as:

Drug & Alcohol Addictions, Depression, Eating Disorders, Unplanned Pregnancy, Physical & Sexual Abuse, and Self-Harm.

Their free-of-charge biblically-based program serves a diverse population of young women from various socio-economic backgrounds, aged 13-28. Many of the girls, who come to Mercy for help, are facing a combination of debilitating circumstances and have been in various treatment facilities with unsuccessful long-term results. Mercy Ministries is committed to providing the young women they serve with the most excellent program services that allow them to recognize their self-worth and prepare them to reach their full potential. Mercy's non-conventional approach to healing allows young women to permanently stop destructive cycles and prepares them to take hope out into their communities.

I first heard of Mercy Ministries while I was living in Nashville. As soon as I heard of them, I checked out their website and knew that I wanted to be involved. I'm so thankful that the Lord has allowed me as an artist to spread the word about this wonderful ministry.

I just wanted to remind you that my show for April 30 has been cancelled. That means my last full-band show (until after the baby) will be this Friday, April 9.

I also want to take this opportunity to thank my band members for their support and commitment to this ministry. 3 of 4 band members (Joel Darling, Joey Bennett, and Eric Berringer) are graduating Berklee College of Music this May and will be starting a new adventure in various parts of the country. Please pray for them, my bass player Jerry Jean (who is also part of the band Mosaic) and myself as we enter into this new season of life. I don't know where God will lead us, but I know He has amazing plans in store!

I will be doing some acoustic shows this summer (not all of the grads are moving at the same time). So please keep checking the website for dates. I'd love for you to come out and show your support at these shows and pray with these guys, who have been such an incredible blessing to me (and hopefully you!).
